Weekly Menu
I've included menu plans on my blog in the past but after I moved my blog here from HSB, I quit listing my menus, for whatever reason. So, now I've decided I'd like to participate (at least occasionally) in the Menu Plan Monday hosted by Organizing Junkie. It's fun to visit all the blogs and see what's for supper at their houses each week! Hello and welcome to new visitors! Please leave me a comment if you have time so I'll know you were here! Thanks!
My menu for the week:
Monday: Chicken Enchilada Casserole and tossed salad
Tuesday: Crockpot Beef Stew and muffins
Wednesday: Quiche
Thursday: Crockpot BBQ Beef Sandwiches
Friday: Pizza
Saturday: Grill Out (hamburgers?)
Sunday: Mexican Salad
I follow a loose routine with menus based on my schedule. Tuesday's are sewing days for DD12 and I so I don't want to stop and cook--I use the crockpot a lot. On Wednesday's I like the children to practice cooking while I do desk work. DS 16 used to cook every Wednesday night but now it's DD12's turn. Thursday's are errand days --so crock pot again. Friday has been pizza night around here for so many years I don't even remember when we started! Sometimes we order it, sometimes we buy cheap grocery store frozen ones and sometimes we make it wholesome with whole wheat and natural ingredients.
Well, that's it for now. Who knows? Maybe I'll find time to include some recipes in the future.

My Life as Annie!
I've heard that many people are leaving HSB. It's had to post there.
Love your new blog. Very nice!
Mmmm......what time's supper? :)
Blessings,

Oh my gosh. I thought I was the only one who actually planned out menus. I am glad to know I am not the only semi organized/anally retentive mommy left on the planet.
Would you think I was weird if I told you that I had the menu planned out for the entire month???
I left HSB because it was dreadfully slow 24/7.
Very good menu this week! Y'all enjoy!
THe menu looks wonderful. Thank you for sharing :)
Welcome! :) Your menu looks yummy! 5 kids! WOW! I bet you stay busy! We have an 18 month old now and never rest! Hehehehe! Have a great week and welcome, again!
It all sounds so delicious! Especially the chicken enchilada casserole...I'm salivating heavy here!
I really like the idea of having a designated day for meals. I have never caught on to that though! The pizza on Friday sounds brilliant and something everyone would look forward to.
Hello! Your menu sounds terrific...gotta love that crockpot!
Thanks for participating :)
